Joe Gaber, CEO, Chief Architect

Twenty-five years of combined business and technology experience that provides a very broad knowledge base to draw from.

Continually stays abreast of the latest trends in technology including best practices, development processes, development methodologies, upgrades to development platforms and languages, and development frameworks.

Throughout professional career, he has worked in complex social and technological environments ranging from the very smallest entrepreneurial to the very largest of public enterprises. Has worked with Fortune 50 organizations such as Bank of America, Walgreens, Wells Fargo Bank, GMAC, First Trust Bank, Delhaize, KPMG, Manao Software, Siam Property, and Blue Chip Development Company.

Has extensive experience in communicating and collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders of strategic Marketing and IT projects including, C-level executives, business managers, sales, senior technologists, consultants, and support staff.

Over the past twenty-five years has held positions at several levels including "Solution Architect", "Chief Architect", “Vice Director” of Development, “Vice President”, “Director of Product Development”, and “Principal Consultant”.

Has managed outsourcing teams in India, Thailand, Vietnam, Egypt, Lithuania, and the Philippines.

Joe is married to Sawaros Mokhom "On", a native of Thailand and, has two step children, Jenjirapon "Jen" (15), and Jedsadapon "Jo" (12).

Keith Smith, V.P. Project Management

Having extensive experience in managing IT projects in mainframe to client-server to web environments, Keith delivers projects where the client wins with quality, price, and schedule. His in-depth knowledge of software, hardware, and networking sets him apart from other project managers, adding superior value for Durango clients.

Keith holds the prestigious, internationally recognized PMP certification. He holds certifications in Java and ITILv3. Keith earned a BS in Mathematics from Wake Forest University, an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Guilford College, and Master degrees from UNCG in business (MBA) and IT Management (MSITM).

Over his 30+ years in IT, Keith has managed IT projects at several Fortune 500 companies including Wells Fargo, RR Donnelley, Sara Lee, VF Corp, and Delhaize. Keith also teaches IT Security, Java, web design and programming, and database design at Guilford College.

Keith is married to Kathy Griswold, PhD, and has three children: Chris (24), Henrik (20), and Koyana (13).

Jak Ratiwanich, V.P. Enterprise Architecture

Jak has over 17 years experience of Information Technology specialized in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web Services, Point of Sale (POS) and UI design. He is an accomplished IT architect, leader, developer and consultant with an excellent record of innovative problem solving and analytical skills. He is specialized in planning/architecting large commercial high traffic solutions. Good at analyzing business requirements and translating into Information System architecture. Many years of experience in managing an Enterprise System and Client/Server application development, deployment, e-Commerce and Service Oriented Architecture system design.

Jak has a focus on heterogeneous environments between Java, .NET and mobile platforms bringing challenging problems into a solution. He has developed a variety of business ventures and solutions during his professional careers.

Jak has designed, built and managed a team of developers, and testers across the globe with innovative solutions and technology. He has managed off-shore teams from France, Germany, India, and Thailand and familiar with multiple time-zones and 24/7 on call support. With his love of learning new technologies, he is interested in iOS/Android development and Open source APIs. In addition, he deals effectively with clients, executives and project sponsors on a regular basis. All of these achievements are critical to your firm that must compete in today’s market
